SyATec handles the full production process of on-board electrical systems, with particular attention to the quality of the installation, the rationalisation of the routes, and the operational reliability of the entire system.

Custom Design and Certified Materials

Each system is built based on an electrical design developed in-house, in compliance with current regulations and using certified materials, selected according to the operating environment and functional requirements.

Activities include:

Orderly installation of power, control, signal, and communication cables, separating routes in accordance with EMC regulations and ensuring ease of inspection.

Precise connection of limit switches, photocells, encoders, pneumatic or electric actuators, clearly identified and protected from interference.

Assembly and connection of junction boxes, human-machine interfaces, push-button panels, local lighting systems, and decentralized I/O modules.

Functional and instrumental verification: continuity, insulation, correct polarity, and activation of protections in accordance with CEI EN 60204-1, with preparation of the relevant documentation.
